Be assured that when you sign into Harmony Spa and Resort, our entire staff is focused on meeting your specific needs. All of our Services and Therapies are available on an individually-priced basis as well, just call to reserve your time with one of our expert providers.

Day and Overnight Packages:

Stay and Play

Whether overnight or day only, we can make your Harmony experience memorable and just right for you and yours. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll do what we can to make your dream come true.

Here Comes the Bridal Party

It's your last evening out with the girls before you become a wife. We work with you to customize an evening you and your bridesmaids will treasure. You'll be as radiant as you deserve to be on your wedding day after experiencing the best in spa services. Package includes dinner, services, and a luxurious gift bag for each guest.

Residential Packages

All residential guests of Harmony Spa and Resort are entitled to the following programs in addition to our included spa services and therapies:

• Nutritional Wellness Therapy
  Harmony Spa and Resort so firmly believes that the best way to restore a body is from the inside out that it contracts with a registered dietitian who will provide each full-day or residential guest with individual nutrition therapy.
• Individualized Diet Assessment and Instruction
  Guests of our residential program will receive an in-depth dietary assessment and an accompanying meal plan designed especially for her.Our registered dietitian works closely with each guest to develop a realistic plan for healthful eating.
• Supplementation
  Our registered dietitian has selected a line of nutritional supplements delivered in liquid form that help restore health by filling in where poor dietary habits and inadequate food sources have left gaps in the health of women. Our Restore packages guests receive an additional 28-day supply of the supplements recommended for them at no additional charge.
• Cooking Classes
  The menu at Harmony Spa and Resort could best be described as fresh, simple, and healthful. Our residential guests can attend classes on how to prepare items with an eye toward tasty, healthy meals which will continue to serve their bodies' nutritional needs once they return to the stress of daily life.

Lose Weight and Detoxify Your Body

Our best special, this package features a 7-day stay at Harmony. It includes accommodations, meals, supplements, a detoxification body wrap, IonCleanse foot detoxification, massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, hair cut and style and a Colorescience makeover! The package will jump start your weight loss and help you gain control over chronic illness associated with weight problems.

Renew

Three days at Harmony Spa and Resort includes all the amenities provided in our Refresh package over a longer period of time. You'll be steeped in our tranquility and treated to daily biofeedback and massage. You'll leave renewed and well on your way to detoxification from environmental stressors. As our guest you'll enjoy a beautifully appointed private guest room and gourmet meals during your stay.

Rest

A full week as our guest will let your body do what it longs to do: rest completely. You'll be indulged in seven days of our unique blend of therapies and leave Harmony rested and equipped with skills to remain relaxed yet productive once you return home. Our seven-day program is recommended for those women who wish to make a significant lifestyle change and address such concerns as chronic fatigue, pain control, and stress management. As our guest you'll enjoy a beautifully appointed private guest room and gourmet meals during your stay.

Restore

Twenty-eight days in our healthful, tranquil environment will provide you with our services over an extended period of time. Health experts agree that it takes at least twenty-one days to form new habits. After four weeks with us, you'll leave not only detoxified but well on your way to being restored physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our extended package is designed to serve those women who suffer from auto-immune disorders and are ready to steep themselves in proven alternative therapies for pain control and stress management. We offer a variety of activities throughout each day that will awaken your senses and stimulate your intellect. Fitness classes, art therapy, group discussions, and cooking classes are just a few of the ways we provide opportunities for enhanced restoration. In addition to the services offered in our smaller packages, our Restore guests receive additional individual counseling from our licensed neurofeedback providers and nutritionist. You'll leave Harmony Spa and Resort well on your way to restoration and equipped with an additional twenty-eight day supply of nutritional supplements and a Personal Pain Manager (PPM) from the makers of Alpha-Stim electromedical devices. As our guest you'll enjoy a beautifully appointed private guest room and gourmet meals during your stay.
